Road WOD's

 From time to time you guys go on vacation or life happens and you just can’t make it in here for a few days.  I often get asked, what can I do to keep up the workout or how can I modify today’s WOD so that I can do it at home.  Other than the obvious go for a jog, a hike, a bike ride, play basketball, chase a chicken around the yard (hey this in Kentucky), etc…..I have put together a list of RoadWODs you can do most anywhere.  Next time you can’t make into box refer here and get your sweat on!!!
